This is one of my DIY nail paint that I am quite proud to show off to everyone...
Inspired by my pretty sis.. Her friends gave her the nickname as owl (in Chinese pronoun as mao tou ying) due to her Chinese name ( mao ying)...
Here the start of the tutorial:
1. Follow the same tutorial steps from HowTo : Nail Tutorial on Blackie Cat by replacing the cat with owl.
